Hi Pat,
Just wanted to let you know the latest. Well, for now I've rounded up all my evidence against Marc. I think I might be making a
business trip to NYC in June at which point I'll pay the DA a visit and hopefully be able to file criminal charges against Marc. I
suggested the same to Randi and Vicky and Gamma 1 printing.

There is more. Randy, gave me the name of some other galleries in the NY area that Marc did business with. I found their #'s and
called them to see if by chance my 6 missing sculptures have been seen. They weren't but these galleries sure had a lot of
interesting stories about Marc. The Robley gallery( 5160484-5690 ) told me stories on Marc's harassing them for money owed to
him. The Art Barn (845-427-9003) ( 914-762-4997) told me a similar story of harassment. Also, last week they refused to buy work
Marc was selling .He asked to use their bathroom. About a 1/2 hour after he left they found their bathroom flooded and toilet paper
stuffed in the drain. They said if they ever spot him trying to sell more to their gallery they will call the police.

The Robley gallery gave me some artists names that Marc Represents. I found their #'s and called to warn them. However, I might
have been to late. One artist is Karina Gore of NYC. she has been in touch w/ Vicky also .She is in the process of
trying to get back or locate all of her work from Marc and I also gave her the names of a dozen galleries that her work might be in.
As of today there are 5 pieces of hers missing. Marc has been giving her the run around regarding these 5 pieces. She is also owed
money for 2 paintings that Marc has sold and has not payed her. Once she's exhausted her search for the missing work and money she has said she will be getting in touch with you and telling you her story and sending along all her evidence.
Another artist, Karen Santry ( also has a similar story, although more
dramatic. She too has work that is unaccounted for. Also , she has told me that she recommended Marc months ago to a dear friend
of hers and Marc is representing her too. She tells me she can't tell her friend for fear of her friend truely having a heart attack. She
keeps telling me how she feals responsible for her friends missing work and how she will pay her out of her own pocket for the
missing work. I kept trying to assure her that we are the victims. And we are not responsible for the actions of a thief like Marc. I told
her the best way is to help one another during this time and be there for one another. So, I've placed both her and Karina together to meet one another and to lend support. It turns out that they live in the same artist colony complex in NYC, (westbeth) . They are going to post my warning page out of my website at their complex and see if there are other artists there with similar run ins with Marc.

Another artist Jon Friedman has another story. I haven't spoken to him in person but I spoke to his gallery , and they tell me that he fired Marc a couple of years ago for money owed to him . The gallery is Kerygma Gallery in Ridgewood NJ (201-444-5510).
I will let you know if more comes up. However, I feel we need to talk more to Karen Santry. I feel she is really devistated by this and
needs more support. I keep trying to tell her it's not her fault , but she is guilt stricken. I really do feel more badly for her.
I hope we can help her more,
Thank you Pat,
Albert
