arranged for a collector to commission a sculpture commemorating 9/11 (for which Chailosky
received $2500) and I organized a huge event at the Fireman's musuem in NYC to celebrate
the creation of this sculpture and its donation to this museum 's permanent collection. During
this period of activity the only compensation I received from Chailosky was my commissions
No work was ever stolen form Chailsoky. Regretably, for the LAST commissioned piece I
generated for Chailsoky I asked him to hold the payment check of $3200 as I was experiencing
serious financial difficulties ( due to the collapse of the art market). Unbeknownst to me he
deposited it and it was returned Insufficiet funds. I offered to pay Chailsoky a certain amount
every month to resolve this issue but he declined the offer. Further he had previously asked me
to store some artwork for him when he left the state and my wife and I agreed to to do this for
him. When he returned to retrieve the w ork he accused me of not returning everything left here
and at that time assaulted me. I had to call the local police to remove him from the premises. I
do not steal artists work and certainly did not have any of his work here. There has been no
fraud or theft here. I expressed my regrets to him about the check and did make a good fairth
effort to re-pay. this was the first time this ever happend during the period of time I was
developing a market for this artist. He was paid probably close to $40,000 by me during this
period and this was the first time this happened. It is regretable that Chailosky's anger over the
status of his market (and the art market in general) has magnified the issue of this check.

regarding Ranfy Cooper please advise: we are holding some of his work here which we have offerred to return on numerous occasions contingent upon an accountung from him regarding work sold and monies that may be owed us. Iset up consignmnet programs for his work with galleries all over the country. They paid him directly and he was to remit our commissions to us. We requesterd an accounting from him and his attorney regarding sales and commissions from all the galleries work was consigned to and never received this information. We then received inconsistent and requests f or payments from his attorney and then from a collection agency which knew nothing about the amount the attorney had disscussed wtih us. ALl this time I offerred to retun the work we had here if I received this information. I cna send you copies of the correspondence.. Thank you.

We sent an email asking about Albert's work and we have not heard another word from Mr. Rosenbaum since.
