Victoria Montesinos

My name is Victoria Montesinos and I am an artist-painter-.. Marc represented me from August 1999 to September 2000, he was paid for 4 of my paintings and he kept the money and there is also one painting missing that he never got it back to me. In 2000 I consulted and hired a lawyer in New York and he could stop Mark from stealing the money of the paintings sold in one of my shows, later on Marc's lawyer told mine they were going to suit me for interfering with his business and I just couldn't afford to pay a lawyer for a lawsuit were I might end up getting nothing back but paying more money to the lawyer. It has been so long now that I don't remember exactly how much money I lost but probably around $18.000. Of course he used to tell me all the time when ever one of my paintings sold that it was sold for much less than I was asking for so I don't think he would be telling me the truth and he was taking more money than he was supposed to.
