In Nov. raid in company in Frankfurt, Marco-Domo, Herr Rackwitz, Germany 40 knock offs seized, sales of infringements several hundred thousand Euros, the state persecutor is involved.

With company Marco Domo, Herr Rackwitz from Frankfurt, Germany still at court in New York, USA

The New York court did not accept their �motion to dismiss� in March 2005 ,

company Marco Domo, Herr Rackwitz will stay in court with me.

 

Since July 2003

Raid at foundry Siam Handicraft in Bangkok, Thailand

-many sculptures in question were found

-until today the case it at the highest court in Bangkok

 

Since July 2003

Raid at company Firma Bulstar, Herr Buls in Turnhout, Belgium

-5 sculptures in question were found

-presently negotiations to settle the conflict

In that settlement we received:

-Name of foundry: Hongkong, China

-omission contract,

-admitted my ownership of the copyright

-monetary awards.

 

The foundry in Bangkok, Thailand is in all case the same!

 

ALL THE COMPANIES listed above either have been taken to court or have legal action pending against them. Even when the artists have won their cases against these companies some continue to sell knock offs and ignore the courts ruling.
